Before you start
- Install and open the program.
- Count current stock and choose a consistent SKU system.
Windows installation: Download the customer ZIP from Payhip, extract it, open the Setup file and follow the installation prompts.

Enter the SKU and item name.

Add quantity, cost and storage location.

Click Add Item.

Repeat for remaining stock and remove incorrect rows.

Save the inventory CSV and reopen it to verify the file.

Save or export your work
Keep dated CSV backups in a separate folder or drive.

Troubleshooting
- If a button does nothing, complete the earlier steps and make sure the required file or device is selected.
- For Windows programs, close and reopen the program after connecting a new device.
- Update stock as sales and restocks occur.
- Use unique SKUs and consistent location names.
Your files stay on your device unless the app clearly tells you that an upload is required.
