- Use Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer.
- Back up important files before removing duplicates.
Windows installation: Download the customer ZIP from Payhip, extract it, open the Setup file and follow the installation prompts.

Choose the folder to scan and allow access.

Start the duplicate search.

Review each group of identical files.

Select the copies to move while keeping at least one copy.

Confirm the warning and move selected files to the review folder.

Restore files from the review folder if a mistake was made.

Save or export your work
Files are moved for review rather than permanently erased immediately.

Troubleshooting
- If a button does nothing, complete the earlier steps and make sure the required file or device is selected.
- For Windows programs, close and reopen the program after connecting a new device.
- Do not select every copy in a group.
Your files stay on your device unless the app clearly tells you that an upload is required.
